What happens to unused credits? ▼

They roll over one month. If you have 4 credits left in July, you can spend them in August on top of August's balance. They expire after that - this keeps our production pipeline predictable, which is what keeps prices this low.

What does "premium finish" mean exactly? ▼

Advanced sound design, extra graphics passes, colour grading beyond the standard pass, and more elaborate caption animation. It adds 50% to that reel's credit cost - an 8-credit reel becomes 12 with premium finish. Most reels don't need it; launches and hero content usually do.

Can I buy credits without a monthly plan? ▼

Yes - one-off projects are welcome at the flat ₹500 per credit rate. The plan discounts only apply to monthly subscriptions. Tell us what you need on the contact page and we'll confirm the credit count before you commit.

Do prices include GST? ▼

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Billing is through Veenansh Creations Pvt Ltd with proper GST invoices - useful if you're claiming input credit as a business.

What if I'm not happy with a reel? ▼

Every plan includes revisions (2 rounds on Kickstart, unlimited minor revisions on Cruise Mode and above). If a reel misses the brief entirely, we redo it without touching your credits - that's on us, not you.

I've never recorded myself. Will my footage be good enough? ▼

Yes - this is the most common worry and the most solved one. You get a recording guide (lighting, framing, audio, background), a word-for-word script, and a shot list for every reel. Your first recording session includes feedback so the second one is better. And if it never clicks, five of our styles need no camera at all.

Who owns the final reels and the raw footage? ▼

You do, fully - raw footage, final reels, and everything in between. We may ask permission to feature work in our portfolio, and you can say no.

Do you also post the reels for us? ▼

We deliver post-ready files with suggested captions and hashtags. Scheduling and posting stays with you - it keeps your account access safe and our pricing lean. If you want posting handled too, that lives in our full-service retainers - ask us.

Can you also handle strategy, shoots and ads? ▼
