Terms of Service

1. The service

ReelGarage provides short-form video post-production: strategy, scripting, editing, motion graphics, AI-generated content and related services, priced in credits (1 credit = ₹1,000, exclusive of GST). We do not provide shooting or recording services; clients record and supply their own raw footage where a style requires it.

2. Plans and credits

Monthly plans grant a credit balance that renews each billing cycle. Unused credits roll over one month and then lapse. Credits are not redeemable for cash. Style credit costs are listed on our pricing page and may be revised with notice; revisions never affect work already commissioned.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that footage, music choices, brand assets and claims you supply do not infringe anyone's rights and comply with applicable law and platform policies. You are responsible for having consent from people appearing in your footage. For custom AI avatars, you must be the person being cloned or hold their explicit written consent.

4. Delivery, revisions and approval

Standard turnaround is 48 hours per reel from receipt of complete inputs (footage, brief, approvals), unless agreed otherwise. Revision entitlements depend on your plan. A reel is considered approved 7 days after delivery if no changes are requested.

5. Ownership

On payment, you own the finished reels and retain ownership of your raw footage. We retain ownership of our internal templates, processes and project files, and may reuse general-purpose techniques. Portfolio use of your work requires your permission.

6. Payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance; one-off projects are billed 50% in advance and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Prices exclude GST. Late payments may pause delivery. Yearly prepayment earns one month free (12 months of service for 11 months' payment).

7. Pausing and cancellation

You may pause or cancel a monthly plan any time, effective from the next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for what happens to payments already made.

8. Liability

We produce content; how it performs on any platform is outside our control, and view counts or business outcomes are never guaranteed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
