Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly plans

You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges are made. Payments for the current cycle are non-refundable once production work for that cycle has begun. If you cancel before any work has begun in a cycle, we refund that cycle's payment in full.

2. Pausing

Instead of cancelling, you can pause your plan for up to 2 months. Your remaining credits are frozen and available when you resume.

3. One-off projects

The 50% advance is refundable in full until work begins, and non-refundable after. If we fail to deliver a commissioned reel entirely, the amount paid for that reel is refunded in full.

4. Missed work and quality issues

If a delivered reel misses the agreed brief entirely, we redo it at no credit cost. If we cannot make it right after redelivery, we refund the credits spent on that reel.

5. Yearly plans

Yearly prepaid plans can be cancelled with a refund of the unused full months remaining, minus the value of the free month benefit already consumed.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted per applicable rules.
