Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Reel pack orders

Reel orders (minimum 4 reels, any mix of levels) are paid upfront. A 50% advance is refundable in full until production begins on the order; the remaining balance is due before final delivery. Once production has begun on a given reel, the amount paid for that reel is non-refundable.

2. Unused reels

Reels you haven't specced yet don't expire on a fixed schedule - tell us when you're ready and we'll slot them in. If we fail to deliver a commissioned reel entirely, the amount paid for that reel is refunded in full.

3. Missed work and quality issues

If a delivered reel misses the agreed brief entirely, we redo it at no extra cost. If we cannot make it right after redelivery, we refund the amount paid for that reel.

4. Next-order coupon

Orders of 10+ reels earn a 5% discount coupon for your next order, valid for 45 days. The coupon has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is void if the qualifying order is fully refunded.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted per applicable rules.
