Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, brand or company name, email address, WhatsApp number, budget range, and the description of what you need. When you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you send. Our website may also collect standard technical data (browser type, device, pages visited) through analytics tools.

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver our services, invoice you, and keep in touch about active projects. If you become a client, we use your raw footage and brand materials solely to produce your reels. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Your footage and brand materials

Raw footage, scripts, brand assets and finished reels belong to you. We store them securely for the duration of your project and up to 90 days after, so revisions and re-exports are possible. We only feature your work in our portfolio with your written permission.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run our business (cloud storage, email, invoicing and analytics tools), each bound by their own privacy obligations, and where required by law. For agency white-label projects, we never disclose the engagement to your clients.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@reelgarage.in and we will act within 30 days. We comply with the (Indian) Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
