The brief

Launch before the product was even ready.

E.A. Lang, a German engineering company, was building FUENF-E, a system that turns waste heat from a bus engine into clean electrical energy. They did not want to wait for the finished product to start telling the story. The plan was a soft launch, so the product and its launch would be ready on the same day, with no gap and no delay.

The product

What FUENF-E actually does.

It is a clever piece of German engineering, and a hard one to explain in a few seconds. That was the real creative challenge.

ORCA compact Organic Rankine Cycle system that turns engine waste heat into electricity.
40 kWhUp to 40 kWh generated during 10 hours of driving, according to E.A. Lang.
4 kWUp to 4 kW of peak power for high demand moments.
Plug and playBuilt from field proven heavy duty components for quick installation.
The challenge

Three problems to solve before the show.

A product that was not finished

The launch had to be built while the product was still being completed, without the story falling behind.

A technical idea, a busy hall

Waste heat to electricity is not an obvious pitch. Trade show visitors give you seconds, not minutes.

Two teams, one message

Marketing and product had to tell the same story, in the same way, at the same moment.

What we did

One team with their marketing and product people.

We worked side by side with E.A. Lang's marketing team and product team, so the strategy and the film were built from the real product, not from a brief passed along second hand.

01

Understood the product

Sat with the engineers and marketers to learn what FUENF-E does and who needs it.

02

Built the launch plan

A go-to-market plan timed so the launch lands exactly when the product is ready.

03

Made the launch video

One film showing the functionality and features, clear enough to sell the product alone.

04

Cut it for social

A short reel version to carry the launch beyond the stand.

How it unfolded

From first meeting to the stand in Brussels.

Before launch

Kickoff with marketing and product

We aligned both teams on the story, the audience and the date the launch had to be ready.

Before launch

The launch strategy

A soft launch plan so announcements, content and the product could all arrive together.

Before the show

The launch film

We produced the video that explains FUENF-E from the problem to the features, in 1 minute 21 seconds.

At the show

Busworld Europe 2025, Brussels

The film played on the stand and became the central piece of the product showcase.

After the show

A prize and a thank you

E.A. Lang won a prize at the show and shared their thanks in our conversation with them.

What we delivered

At the show

The video became the centrepiece of the stand.

E.A. Lang showcased FUENF-E at Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels. Our video played on the stand and became the central piece of the product showcase. Visitors could understand everything about the product just by watching it: how it works, what it does and why it matters.

E.A. Lang's own post from the show captures the stand, with the launch video playing on screen.

What made it work

Three things we would do again.

Start the story early

Telling the story before the product was finished meant the launch never had to wait for it.

Make one film do the heavy lifting

A single clear video let every visitor understand the product without a long conversation.

Build with the people who built it

Working with both the marketing and the product team kept the film accurate and the message sharp.

Questions

Before you ask.

How do we get started?

Book a free consultation. We look at your channel, your goals and the raw material you already have, then recommend a plan and a level that fits.

Do I need to shoot the content myself?

Not necessarily. Some clients send raw files and we turn them into reels. For end to end work we can also plan and shoot with you, so you only have to show up and talk.

What does it cost?

Plans start at ₹30,000 a month and are fixed by level, with everything from strategy to reporting included. See the pricing page for the four levels.
